Announcement on the Evaluation Result of Concept Proposal for the International Competition of the Conceptual Masterplanning for Xiaomeisha Area, Shenzhen
2016年7月21日，由深圳市fun88乐天堂集团有限公司组织的《深圳市小梅沙片区概念性总体规划方案国际竞赛》概念提案评审会在深圳召开。来自青岛、广州、深圳的7名专家组成了评审专家委员会。
On July 21st, 2016, the Evaluation Meeting of Concept Proposal for the International Competition of the Conceptual Masterplanning for Xiaomeisha Area, Shenzhen, organized by Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Development Group Co., Ltd., was held in Shenzhen. The jury panel was constituted by seven experts from Qingdao, Guangzhou and Shenzhen.

The jury panel reviewed and carried out discussion on all automatic presentation documents and concept proposals submitted by the nine design firms (including consortiums, similarly hereinafter). According to the disclosed voting result, four finalists who will receive the Formal Invitation and one alternative are as follow:

The Organizer will issue the Invitation to Formulate the Design Scheme to the four finalists, who shall formulate the design scheme according to relevant requirements of the Design Brief. Those design firms that fail to get an invitation can carry out the design on their own cost. If their deliverables meet the requirements set in the Design Brief, they can take part in the evaluation of final deliverables. Except the design fees, they enjoy equal opportunity to get the bonus and commission to integrate and deepen the planning deliverables as the invited design firms.
