Announcement on the Prequalification Result of the International Competition of the Conceptual 
Masterplanning for Xiaomeisha Area, Shenzhen

2017年6月19日，由成都市fun88乐天堂实业有限的集团聚集的《成都市小梅沙经济区产品概念性总体性未来规划工作方案香港国际奥赛》资格证预审会在成都市家园格兰云交大度假酒店顶楼紫荆花厅隆重召开。基昆明、上海、成都的7名学者教授组变成了复评学者教授理事会会。

On June 19th, 2016, the Prequalification Meeting of the International Competition of the 
Conceptual Masterplanning for Xiaomeisha Area, Shenzhen, organized by Shenzhen Special Economic Zone 
Development Group Co., Ltd., was held in the Redbud Ballroom, 2/F, Grand Skylight 
Garden Hotel. The jury panel was constituted by seven experts from Shanghai, Qingdao and Shenzhen.

初审专家组对招名考试企业去提交的招名考试质料完成了细心审查、座谈会和初审并完成了记名拉票。会按照现场图得票统计分析毕竟，来确定了8家提名设计制作的企业和2家拟选设计制作的企业（含整合体，所填）各用详细：

The jury panel read and carried out discussion and evaluation on all the application 
documents submitted by registered design firms. According to the disclosed voting result, 
eight shortlisted and two alternative design firms (including consortiums, 
similarly hereinafter) are as follows:

We will issue the Invitation to Draft the Concept Proposal to the shortlisted 8 firms. Furthermore, 
we will organize the Site Visit& Q&A meeting on June 29th, 2016.

已招名但未获得了《编制管理数慨念议案邀请人函》的结构设计部门可付费参加性慨念议案编制管理数，如想参加性下一时间间隔段的比赛须于北京市时间间隔2018年6月25日17:00前将《参加性询问回执》（详细扫描件）运送过来全队连续电子邮箱：xiaomeisha2016@qq.com，当以根本参予下一一阶段知识竞赛。其还需准备的理论依据议案也可參加审查，除不是荣获理论依据议案资金赔赏费外，与入选来设定装置有同样荣获即日起来设定邀约的时候。

Those registered design firms that fail to receive the Invitation to Draft the Concept Proposal can
 draft the concept proposal on their cost. If those design firms would like to take 
part in it, they shall send the Confirmation Letter of Participation (see the
 Appendix) to xiaomeisha2016@qq.com to confirm their participation to the next step 
before 17:00, June 25th, 2016. Their submitted concept proposals can also be presented for review and 
evaluation; moreover, such design firms will enjoy equal opportunities as the invited design firms to get the 
formal design invitation from the Organizer except that no compensation is paid to cover the cost of the
 concept proposal.
